Hi! I’m a designer and researcher who works from abstract to concrete.
Currently Product Design Team Lead at B-REEL.
Formerly Product Design Team Lead at MANGO.
To design experiences you need people whose eyes shine
For over 10 years, I have served as a team player and manager, collaborating closely with researchers, designers, content designers, product managers, developers, data analysts, and executive directors. What I have learned during this time is that the most effective way to design is alongside committed and passionate individuals.
More than data-driven, data-informed
Design requires data to facilitate a more effective approach. Defining KPIs or conducting A/B experiments with product managers and data analysts is an integral part of our daily work. We also rely on both qualitative and quantitative data to develop hypotheses, formulate research questions, and make informed decisions—all while staying focused on our overarching purpose.
A design process for each purpose
From my perspective, there are some well-established steps in the design process. However, in practice, what I've learned is that each project has its unique design process. Applying user-centered design means being receptive to other points of view, possessing strong soft skills, and fulfilling commitments with all the stakeholders involved.
