Hi! I’m a designer and researcher who works from abstract to tangible.
Currently Product Design Team Lead at B-REEL.
Formerly Product Design Team Lead at MANGO.
To design experiences you need people whose eyes shine
For more than 10 years, as a team player and UX Lead, I've worked hand-in-hand with researchers, designers, content designers, product managers, developers, data analyst and executive management.
What I've learned during this time is that the best way to design is with committed and illusionated people.
More than data-driven, data-informed
Design asks for data in order to have a better approach. Define KPI or A/B experiments with product managers and data analyst is part of the day to day work.
As well as qualitative and quantitative data that helps to generate hypothesis, formulate research questions and take better decisions but never losing the purpose.
A design process per each purpose
From my point of view there are some consolidated steps in the design process, but, beyond theory, what I've learned is that each project has their own design process.
Apply user-centered design means listening other points of view, having soft skills and achieving commitments with all the stakeholders involved.
